getting older and older...

simple mind getting more tough and complicated...

forgot tat smile is teh best antiaging factor...

working environment making me gasping for free air,

numb face, stiff cold hands...

suddenly,a patient today said:

doc, i like ur smile, prettier...

oh really, yea... i forgot to smile sincerely for quite a long time...

yeah, in the new year, i won let the tough life make me ugly and unfriendly...

i shld look for the booster to keep me more energtic and friendly and lovely :) :):)
